Diffuse
 
Essential oils naturally purify the air, whilst creating a relaxing atmosphere with their pleasant aroma. For adults and children over 2 years old, add 4-8 drops in a diffuser or burner.
 
Inhalation
 
An instant therapeutic remedy. For adults, add 2-3 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head and breathe. If you are sensitive or experience asthma do not Inhale directly. Instead, place the bowl of hot water with added oils in the room nearby and let the aroma gently fill the room.
 
In the bath
 
For adults, add up to 8 drops of essential oil to a base oil or milk (this helps the oil to disperse in water), add to running bath water and create your ultimate bathing ritual.
 
In the shower
 
Add a couple of drops to the base of your shower to create an aromatic steam as the hot water falls. Who says showers have to be boring?
 
Caution
Do not use essential oils undiluted on the skin. Keep away from children and avoid contact with eyes.
